Our Terms & Conditions are tailored to the specific needs and nature of our fitness services. Whether you're utilizing our personal training, turf, free weights, cardio machines, strength equipment, open floor space for functional fitness, posing room, or tanning services during office hours, our Terms & Conditions ensure a transparent legal relationship between Alpha Fitness and our valued members. We prioritize the protection of our members and our business, and our Terms & Conditions play a pivotal role in achieving this goal.
Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a membership or accessing Alpha Fitness (“the Gym”), you agree to the following terms:
Membership & Access

Memberships are non-transferable and non-shareable.

All members must check in for each visit.

Unauthorized entry or allowing others into the facility without the purchase of a daypass will result in immediate termination with no refund and a $150.00 charge will be applied to member account.
Billing & Cancellations

Memberships renew automatically unless otherwise stated or arranged by management.

All cancellations must be completed through the Alpha Fitness App- no social media, texting, emailing, or calling will be permitted for cancellation.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

No refunds will be issued after a payment has processed.
Facility Rules

Respect the equipment, facility, staff, and other members.

Re-rack weights and wipe down equipment after use.

Respect all areas of the property.

Unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the facility.

No horseplay.
-
Members who are not a part of SEK Elite may not enter that section of the gym.
Liability

Use of the Gym is at your own risk. Member assumes responsibility of risk.

Alpha Fitness LLC nor it's trainers, successors, owners is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or misuse of equipment.

The Gym is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
24-Hour Access

After-hours access requires following all security procedures.

Allowing anyone else inside during unstaffed hours without the purchase of a daypass results in immediate termination with no refund and a fee of $150.00 applied to member account.
Tanning Services

Available during staffed hours only.

No persons under 18 permitted.

Members must follow posted tanning guidelines.
