Refund Policy - the basics

 Membership cancellations for Alpha Fitness LLC dba Alpha Fitness must be completed through the Alpha Fitness App. This ensures your account, access, and billing are updated properly.

Please note the following policies:

• No refunds will be issued once a membership payment has been processed.

• Members are responsible for canceling their membership at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

• Cancellations submitted after the 24-hour window will take effect for the next billing cycle.

• Verbal, email, or social media cancellation requests cannot be accepted. All cancellations must be done exclusively in the app.
